This year’s Summit will be held at the National
Conference Center (NCC) (http://www.conferencecenter.com) in Leesburg, Virginia
which is one of the largest and most comprehensive conference centers in the
nation. The NCC (formerly the Xerox Training Center) was purpose-built for
training and professional development and is located on 110 scenic acres
creating a distraction-free setting for meetings. The Center is located
12 miles from Dulles International Airport and 45 minutes from Washington, D.C.
The complete Program will be available by
mid-August at NASAAEP.org and the following schedule will hopefully assist you
in making travel plans: Mon, Sept 10 (Pre-Conference Course) Morning: Animal Multi-Agency Coordination System (AMACS) 101 (Awareness level) Training Afternoon: AMACS 201 (Operations level) Training
Tues, Sept 11 – Thurs, Sept 13 NASAAEP Summit (Summit concludes at 2:30 PM on Thursday)
Thurs, Sept 13, 3-5:30 PM (By Invitation Only) NASAAEP Best Practice Working Group Planning Meeting The cost for the Summit will be $169/night which will cover your hotel,
three meals, and conference fees. The rate for commuters will be $61/day.
